Deb Montag will be displaying items from her recent trip to Sri Lanka throughout February. We will give a special presentation about her trip on Saturday, February 13, after the library closes at 1:00 pm.

The River's Edge Readers continue this reading season with "Under the Banner of Heaven - A Story of Violent Faith." Jon Krakauer writes, using as a focal point, "the chilling story of offshoot Mormon fundamentalist brothers Dan and Ron Lafferty, who in 1984 brutally butchered their sister-in-law and 15-month-old niece in the name of a divine revelation, Krakauer explores what he sees as the nature of radical Mormon sects with Svengali-like leaders."
50TH ANNIVERSARY FUN FESTIVITIES AND HOEDOWN

The February 27th Hoedown will feature old time fiddle music by the Pine River Possum Soppers. Along with the music and dancing, the Friends will host a Fifty Cent Festive Fun Raffle of Fifty Fabulous Local Specialties. For more information contact the library at 920-987-5110.
This spring is all about clothes. On Wednesday, March 10, we will "visit" Gramma's attic and the terrific trunk of clothes.
Story Hour is held on Wednesdays, starting at 10:30 am. A mix of stories, songs, crafts and a snack, preschool-aged children have an opportunity to have fun.
